茶碗筆記 vol.32 野村美術館：宋代珠光青瓷茶碗，銘「初花」 - Nomura Museum, Jūkōseiji Celadon Tea Bowl, Hatsuhana, Song Dynasty
此件茶碗的銘「初花」，則是由日本茶道藪內流第10代家元休々斎（藪內紹智）所命名。
珠光青瓷是中國宋代製作的青瓷。其外壁刻有被稱為「貓搔手」的櫛齒紋，內壁則陰刻有花卉紋樣。釉層稍微具有厚度，釉色從帶有黃綠色調到灰綠色調皆有。這類青瓷主要產自福建省的同安窯系與浙江省的龍泉窯系，野村美術館認為這件館藏屬於同安窯系。珠光青瓷的根源尚未完全釐清，同安、閩江下游的其他窯口都有可能。
另外值得注意的是，茶會記中記錄的珠光青瓷，被描述為有「福」字的，是另一個系統。目前被認為珠光青瓷茶碗的作品（如本品），則屬於松平不昧「遲櫻」、「早苗」一類。（SACA觀察，2026.11.5）

Characteristics and Craftsmanship
Jūkōseiji is a type of celadon produced during China's Song Dynasty. The exterior features combed patterns known as Nekogakite ("cat-scratched" texture), while the interior is incised with floral motifs. The glaze is relatively thick, with coloration ranging from yellowish-green to grayish-green hues. These celadon wares originated from either the Tong'an kiln network in Fujian Province or the Longquan kiln network in Zhejiang Province. This specific bowl is a product of the Tong'an kiln system.
History and Naming Background
Because this specific style of tea bowl was found among the tea utensils owned by Murata Jūkō, the pioneer of Japanese Wabi-cha (rustic tea ceremony), it was originally referred to as a "Jūkō Tea Bowl." Around the mid-Edo period, it came to be generally called "Jūkōseiji" (Jūkō Celadon). The specific poetic name (mei) "Hatsuhana" (meaning "First Flower") was bestowed upon this piece by Kyūkyūsai, the 10th-generation grandmaster of the Yabuuchi school of tea ceremony.

珠光青磁は宋代に作られた青磁で、外面に猫掻き手と称される櫛目文や、内面に花文を陰刻し、やや厚みがあり、黄緑味を帯びたものから、灰緑色のものまである。これらは福建省の同安窯系の窯で作られたものと、浙江省竜泉窯系の窯で作られたものとある。これは同安窯系の作品。
珠光が持っていたとされる茶道具の中にこの手の茶碗があったことから当初は珠光茶碗と呼び、江戸時代中期ころからは珠光青磁と呼ぶようになった。藪内10代休々斎が「初花」と命銘している。
