北宋定窯葵口洗
「官」字款
高2.0釐米，口徑8.9釐米，底徑3.9釐米
這件「官」字款花口碟口徑十分精巧，是薛貴笙捐贈，2021年9月第一次展出在上海博物館特展《高山景行：上海博物館受贈文物展》展期：2021-09-28 - 2022-01-03 。
作品的尺寸，與南宋皇宮出土的同類皇宮舊藏定瓷陀刻銘宮殿款的尺寸、質量類似。這種袖珍型的作品（miniature）是帝王文人的雅趣。這件釉下款「官」燒造前就刻畫好，實物的顏色更白，釉色瑩潤，盈盈可握。

精緻細膩的上等白瓷是專門供皇室和貴族使用的，唐代、五代、宋代都有「官」字款的器物，參考 「SACA學會 宋代筆記 vol.23」 提及的西安火燒壁唐代官字款白瓷。這件胎很薄，瓷化程度高，圈足底經過刀削，有的外壁有輪廓整修痕跡，器物底部的「官」字款均是在施釉未燒前刻上的。造型上以花口和多瓣口盤碗最具特色，器形大方，製作精巧。

薛貴笙（1912.8.22—2013.9.12），男，生於江蘇南京，曾用名薛文祥，江蘇南京人，回族。中國當代文物專家。2013年9月12日因病逝世，享年101歲。
原上海博物館館長．青銅器鑒定專家馬承源先生曾說：「我們上海有兩位國寶級大家，學問最好的是顧廷龍，眼力最好的是薛貴笙。」
耿寶昌先生和張永昌先生說到薛貴笙先生都贊不絕口，「薛老的眼力，沒話說。」原國家文物鑒定委員會秘書長劉東瑞先生說：「薛貴笙先生是舊時古玩行的行家，解放後任上海文物商店的經理，為國家搶救社會流散文物做出了很大的貢獻。他現在已95歲高齡，但眼力依然很好，」上海市文物管理委員會研究員。
1921年5月，從南京到上海，在回教堂上學。
1927年3月至1928年12月，在傳春記古玩店工作。
1929年1月至1956年3月在上海古玩市場（現上海文物商店）開設薛貴記古玩店。
1956年3月至1972年3月，在公私合營上海古玩市場工作。
1972年3月至1973年9月，在黃浦區第一五金商店倉庫工作。
1973年9月至1978年7月，在外貿局工藝品公司二倉工作。
1978年7月至2013年9月，任上海文物商店名譽經理、文物鑒定專家。
曾任國家文物鑒定委員會委員、上海市文物管理委員會委員、上海文物商店名譽經理、文物鑒定專家。主要工作是對中國玉器和瓷器的研究與鑒定，曾擔任《中國玉器賞鑒》主編和《清代瓷器賞鑒》副主編。2011年8月9日是上海文物商店名譽經理，國家文物鑒定委員會委員，著名文物鑒定家薛貴笙的百歲壽辰，上海文物商店為薛老先生舉辦了隆重的百歲壽辰慶祝活動。
1979年9月，捐獻的珍貴文物受到上海市文物保管委員會的嘉獎； 1985年12月，被國家文化部評為「全國先進個人」； 同年還被國家文物局授予「全國文物系統先進工作者」稱號； 2009年6月，被國家文物局授予「中國文物、博物館事業傑出人物」，是全國文博系統公認的文物鑒定專家。

薛貴笙還捐贈給上海博物館另外幾件重器，包括明永樂的梅瓶兩件、宣德小碗一件。

This exquisite small dish, with its elegant lobed rim and underglaze-incised 「官」 (guan, “official”) mark, represents the refined artistry of Northern Song Ding ware. Donated by renowned antiquities expert Mr. Xue Guisheng (1912–2013), the piece was first exhibited in Lofty Aspirations: Donations to the Shanghai Museum (2021–2022).
Its petite scale and fine craftsmanship echo similar palace-marked Ding wares unearthed from Southern Song imperial sites, highlighting its association with courtly taste and literati elegance. The crisp white body, thinly potted and densely vitrified, supports a glossy, translucent glaze with a jade-like luster. The "guan" character was inscribed before glazing—a method seen on the finest official pieces.
Ding ware was produced in the Quyang area of Hebei province, with peak output during the Song and Jin dynasties. Among the most prized forms are dishes and bowls with floral rims, such as this piece, valued for both their formal balance and imperial provenance.
Mr. Xue Guisheng, celebrated for his extraordinary connoisseurship, held key roles in the Shanghai cultural heritage system. He was honored as a National Advanced Individual in Cultural Work and contributed significantly to China’s art historical scholarship. In addition to this dish, he also donated several other major works to the Shanghai Museum, including two Yongle-period meiping vases and a rare Xuande bowl.
