本器為典型的玉壺春式瓶，口沿外撇，細長頸部，下承豐滿鼓起的腹部。通體施黑釉，肩腹間分為三道裝飾帶：上層飾纏枝唐草紋，中層飾回文，下層則以掻落技法刻繪一尾游魚並與花唐草紋相結合。

掻落後顯現的白色胎土與黑釉形成強烈對比，紋飾層次分明，構圖精緻。此器釉色光澤瑩潤，圖案生動雅致，堪稱磁州窯系黑釉陶器之優品，充分展現了金代當陽峪窯裝飾藝術的高超水準。

This vase takes the form of a yuhuchunping, with its flaring mouth, slender neck, and a generously swelling body. The entire surface is covered with a lustrous black glaze, and three decorative registers encircle the shoulder and body: scrolling arabesques at the top, a band of geometric motifs in the middle, and at the lower section a charming fish interwoven with floral arabesques, all rendered through the sgraffiato technique.

The contrast between the glossy black glaze and the exposed white body enhances the clarity of the design. With its refined ornamentation and striking visual effect, this piece exemplifies the finest black-glazed wares of the Cizhou tradition and demonstrates the exceptional decorative artistry achieved at the Dangyangyu kilns during the Jin dynasty.

黒釉掻落魚唐草文瓶

磁州窯（じしゅうよう）當陽峪金時代　12～13世紀１口　高28.3cm　口径7.0cm　胴径16.3cm　底径8.2cm

口の部分が外側に開き、頸（くび）が細く、胴が豊かに張った玉壺春（ぎょっこしゅん）と呼ばれる形の瓶（へい）です。全体に黒釉がほどこされ、肩から胴にかけて3段の文様帯を設け、上から蔓唐草文（つるからくさもん）、回文（かいもん）、そして愛らしい魚を一匹組み入れた花唐草文を、掻（か）き落としの技法で黒く浮き上がるようにあらわしています。つややかな黒釉と白い素地とのコントラストが美しく、精緻な文様表現がみごとで、磁州窯（じしゅうよう）系黒釉陶器の優品の一つといえます。

The Okada Museum is known for its emphasis on privacy—visitors are required to surrender all mobile phones and photographic devices upon entry. Founded by a businessman whose fortune originated in the gambling and casino industry, the museum’s founder was arrested by Hong Kong’s ICAC in 2018. Recently, rumors have circulated that he plans to liquidate a large portion of his collection. It is believed that over one hundred works from the Okada Museum will be auctioned at Sotheby’s Hong Kong on November 21, 2025.
