The valuation of $20,000–30,000 USD is not particularly high. Genuine Tang dynasty sancai blue-splashed "Wannian Guan" (ten-thousand-years jars) survive in relatively small numbers, while fakes and reproductions have proliferated in recent years. Pieces with clear, well-documented provenance remain highly regarded and promising in the market. This example carries a strong provenance from Berwald Oriental Art, a respected London specialist in Chinese ceramics.
The blue splashes exhibit a natural rhythm and organic flow, with lively gradations of density and diffusion in the color tones. The vessel itself stands with an elegantly upright and well-proportioned silhouette—truly a rare and outstanding masterpiece among such wares.

Condition Report
Overall with scattered glaze flakes as well as sections of consolidation to the glaze. With age-consistent surface wear and minor firing imperfections, including two kiln chips to the foot and a potting line encircling half the neck. The base with a TL test drill hole.
整體見少許微細磕釉、淺磕及少許區域釉面經加固。整體見正常表面磨損及少許微細窯燒瑕疵，包括足部兩磕釉及頸部一胎綫。底部見一熱釋光鑽孔。
